The responsibilities of an assisted living administrator are varied and numerous. The task of keeping track of the details is a challenge. It requires keeping up with each residents health status, staff training, facility safety requirements, records, medication monitoring, food service, as well as, resident and employee satisfaction. This presentation will provide the basis of creating tools, provide some tools and show administrators some ways to automate monitoring systems.
