Program Objectives
Provide assisted living administrators, nursing home administrators, nurses, social workers and other health related professions the knowledge and tools to develop, maintain and audit employee, resident and other pertinent records. At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Develop, maintain and organize resident and employee records
- Develop and maintain facility’s policy and procedure manual
- Implement an auditing process for ensuring records compliance
