  4. Region 4- June 2, 2005 - ALAA Office, Montgomery
  5. Region 5- June 3, 2005 - Gordon Oaks, Mobile
  6. Region 6- May 5, 2005 - Extendicare Health & rehab, Dothan

Program Objectives

Provide assisted living administrators, nursing home administrators, nurses, social workers and other health related professions the knowledge and tools to develop and individualize plans of care for assisted living and specialty care assisted living residents. At the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify problem areas and needs of their residents
  2. Identify effective care interventions for their residents
  3. Develop an individualized plan of care for their residents
  4. Implement an effective plan of care process in their facility

Fees

The fee for the seminar is $25 for Members, $40 for Non-members. For more information contact the Association office at (800) 826-9410.
